1. Using Paartyy

Paartyy provides digital tools that help people create invitations, organize gatherings, manage guest lists, collect RSVPs, share event information, and communicate with invited guests.

Available features may vary by event, account, product offering, or development stage.

Some Services may be offered in early access, testing, or limited release. Features may change as the platform evolves.

You agree to use Paartyy lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account, managing an event, or submitting an RSVP.

2. Hosts and Guests

3. Invitations, RSVPs, and Reminders

Paartyy may support invitations through email, text messaging, and shareable links.

Hosts may use available tools to manage guest responses and send event-related reminders.

Sending an invitation does not guarantee its delivery or receipt. Email filters, mobile carriers, incorrect contact information, network interruptions, and recipient settings may affect delivery.

Paartyy may limit or prevent communications when required consent is missing, a recipient has opted out, or sending would violate applicable law or messaging provider requirements.

An RSVP response may be updated where the event permits. Event hosts are responsible for communicating event changes and honoring reasonable guest preferences.

4. Text Messaging Terms

Paartyy may offer optional SMS communications related to invitations and events.

Messages may include:

• Event invitations.
• RSVP confirmations.
• Reminders to respond.
• Upcoming event reminders.
• Schedule, venue, or location changes.
• Other important event-related updates.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Paartyy may use third-party messaging providers to deliver authorized messages and process delivery status and opt-out requests.

Our handling of mobile information and SMS consent is described in Part II of this page.

5. Event Lounges and Shared Content

Some events may include guest lists, discussion spaces, comments, or other interactive features.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, or invasive of another person’s privacy.

You are responsible for the content you share.

Depending on the event settings, content submitted to shared event spaces may be visible to the host, authorized collaborators, or other event participants.

Paartyy may restrict access to or remove content that violates these Terms or threatens the security or integrity of the Services.

6. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a host account or purchase Services unless applicable law and an authorized arrangement permit otherwise.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not impersonate another person, access another account without permission, or attempt to bypass platform security.

7. Payments and Paid Features

Certain Paartyy features may require payment.

When a paid feature is offered, the applicable price, included features, and relevant purchase conditions will be presented before payment.

Any refund, cancellation, expiration, or subscription terms will be disclosed in connection with the applicable purchase.

Paartyy will not impose undisclosed recurring charges.

Payment transactions may be processed by independent payment service providers.

8. Intellectual Property and Creative Content

The Paartyy name, branding, website design, software, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Paartyy’s proprietary materials without authorization.

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant Paartyy a limited, nonexclusive license to host, store, display, transmit, and process that content as reasonably necessary to provide the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload and use any photographs, artwork, music, text, or other materials associated with your event.

Any special licensing or ownership terms applicable to purchased creative products will be disclosed with those products.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Paartyy to:

• Send spam or unauthorized communications.
• Harass, threaten, or deceive others.
• Collect or misuse guest information.
• Distribute malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Circumvent messaging restrictions or opt-out protections.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

Paartyy may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address violations or protect users.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide a dependable experience, but Paartyy may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our control.

Some features may be experimental or subject to change.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful message delivery, or the outcome of any event.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paartyy provides the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that cannot otherwise be excluded by agreement.

Paartyy is not responsible for the conduct of event hosts, guests, venues, vendors, or other independent third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paartyy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

12. Changes and Termination

We may update, modify, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations of these Terms, security concerns, or unlawful activity.

We may also revise these Terms and will update the effective date when changes occur. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Idaho and the United States, except where mandatory laws provide otherwise.

14. Information We Collect

Paartyy collects information needed to operate its invitation and event management services.

Information from hosts

This may include:

• Name and contact information.
• Account and login details.
• Event information and planning preferences.
• Guest lists and invitation settings.
• Communications and support requests.
• Purchase and transaction records, where applicable.

Information from guests

This may include:

• Name, email address, and phone number.
• RSVP responses and attendance preferences.
• Event-specific answers provided voluntarily.
• Messages or content submitted through event features.
• Communication preferences and consent records.

Event hosts may provide guest information to Paartyy before a guest directly interacts with the Services.

Technical information

We may collect IP addresses, device and browser information, website activity, and diagnostic data needed for functionality, security, and performance.

Cookies and similar technologies may be used for sessions, preferences, security, and analytics where implemented.

15. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Operate and maintain Paartyy.
• Create and manage events.
• Deliver authorized invitations and notifications.
• Process RSVP responses.
• Maintain guest lists and event settings.
• Support event communication and collaboration.
• Provide customer assistance.
• Maintain platform security.
• Improve reliability and usability.
• Process payments where applicable.
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not treat an RSVP submission as automatic permission to send marketing or SMS communications.

16. Event Host Access and Guest Privacy

Event hosts may access guest information associated with their events, including RSVP responses and contact details needed for event management.

Authorized event collaborators may also receive access where supported.

Certain information voluntarily shared in an event lounge or other shared event feature may be visible to participating guests.

Hosts are responsible for using guest information appropriately and respecting applicable privacy and communication requirements.

Paartyy does not authorize hosts to harvest guest information for unrelated purposes.

17. SMS Privacy and Consent

When you voluntarily opt in to Paartyy text messages, we may retain your mobile number, consent status, consent date, method of consent, applicable disclosure, and related messaging records.

This information is used to administer event messaging, maintain consent evidence, honor opt-out requests, and prevent unauthorized communications.

You may withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP to a Paartyy text message.

18. How Information May Be Shared

We may share information with:

Event hosts and authorized collaborators: To organize events, manage guests, and administer invitations.

Service providers: To support website hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, security, payments, and other operational functions.

Event participants: Where information is intentionally made visible through enabled event features.

Legal authorities: When disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, or legal claims.

Business successors: In connection with a lawful transfer or restructuring of the business, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

We do not sell guest lists or SMS consent information to data brokers.

19. Data Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.

Access to event and account information may be restricted based on user roles and permissions.

However, no online system can guarantee complete security.

Users should protect their account credentials and avoid sharing private event links or sensitive information unnecessarily.

20. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, support events, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Some records, including consent and opt-out information, may need to be retained after an event ends.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to applicable requirements.

21. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.

You may also have additional privacy rights based on your location.

To submit a privacy request, contact Paartyy using the information at the end of this page.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

Guests may also contact the event host regarding event-specific information supplied by that host.

SMS recipients may withdraw messaging consent at any time by replying STOP.

22. Children’s Privacy

Paartyy is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without legally sufficient authorization.

Event hosts should avoid supplying unnecessary personal information about minors.

23. Cookies and External Services

Paartyy may use cookies and similar technologies to support essential website functionality, account sessions, security, and site performance.

Where analytics or other nonessential technologies are used, additional disclosures and choices will be provided as required by law.

Our Services may link to external websites or use third-party providers. Those providers may have their own privacy practices and policies.

24. International Access

Paartyy operates from the United States.

Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Availability of the Services outside the United States may be limited.

25. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, information practices, or legal requirements.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when revisions are made.
